Delivery & Returns

Delivery Times:

We use a 24Hr courier where items can be tracked.

Once payment is cleared we dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days, however if you order before 12pm you may receive your order the next day.

Please make sure your address is correct as this may result in your order being sent elsewhere.

Please make sure your phone number is up to date as you may receive a text from the courier.

Your order will need signing for so please make sure someone is available. If not then the courier will leave a card for you to contact them to re arrange delivery.

If your item(s) are damaged (not the packaging) when being delivered then please sign the delivery note as “GOODS DAMAGED” or reject the delivery and then contact us via email with a picture within 24Hrs so we can act.

All large items i.e sofas/pallets are dispatched within 1 - 4 days and you will be notified. These are delivered to kerbside or front door only.

We do not resend items due to there being nobody at the address to receive them, so please make sure there is somebody available to receive the delivery.

Delivery charges:

We offer free delivery to mainland UK only.

Free delivery does NOT cover:

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.

Please make sure you contact us first. Do not just return the item(s).

If you are not sure about your item(s) then please return within 14 days in its original condition, unused and in the same packaging. We will issue a full refund of the item(s) excluding the original delivery charge incurred by us. If the item(s) are not in there original packaging we may incur a 10% re-packaging fee.

We take our own images and colours may be slightly different when item(s) are received. We do not pay for returns due to this so if you have any questions please contact us before purchasing. This is the customers responsibility.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, the loss of the item when being returned and any damage when returning.

If your item(s) are damaged or have missing parts and you wish to return them then please contact us within 24Hrs. If you do not want to return the item(s) and just want to replace them then contact us within 24Hrs so we can send the parts or replace the item(s) at our cost.
